Phillip Delaine Blevins

Phillip DeLaine Blevins, age 84, of Knoxville, passed away peacefully in the early hours of Thursday, December 16, 2021. He was a longtime member of Salem Baptist Church. Phillip was a consummate artist, working with pen and ink. Phillip always loved to laugh and make others laugh, enjoying a good joke and friendship. He is survived by his devoted and loving wife, Dixie Blevins; children and their spouses, Phil and Laura Blevins, Jr., Tim and Lisa Blevins, Keith and Tracy Presley, Ron and Shell Presley and Todd and Ashley Presley; fourteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren, with one on the way. The family would like to extend a gracious thank you to Diversacare of Oak Ridge and Amedisys Hospice for their wonderful care of Phil during his recent illness.
