Phillip Edward Cummings

Phillip Cummings Age 76 of Knoxville went to be with the Lord on Friday June 20,2025 at Park West Hospital. He passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family.

He enjoyed playing the guitar and Fishing.

He is proceeded in death by Mother and Father Tommie and Dot Cummings. Brother Ronnie Cummings and Sister Robin Chitwood.

He is survived by his High School sweetheart and loving wife of 56 years Carolyn Cummings.

Children: Kelly, Chad, Ethen, and Briley. Uncle Bob Cummings. Aunt Betty Barker. as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins and close friends.

Phillip was a Vietnam Veteran in the U.S. Army.

He owned Cummings Electric for over 40 years.

The family will receive friends Tuesday June 24, 2025 from 5:00 P.M.-6:30 P.M. at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel.

Family and friends will meet at 12:45 P.M. Wednesday June 25, 2025 at Greenwood Cemetery for a 1:00 P.M. Graveside service to be officiated by Rev. Kris McHugh.
