Penny Sue Parsons

Penny Sue Kiser Parsons age 62 of Knoxville passed away on Friday, December 1, 2023.  She attended Fulton High School.  She was preceded in death by father, Dean Kiser, step-mother, Elaine Kiser and step-father, Ray Cate. 

Survivors; Sons, Kenneth Williams and Brandon (Leslie) Williams; mother, Shirley Cate; brother, Greg (Tracy) Kiser; sister, Robin (Dan) Hurst; grandchildren, Reagan, Jaxton, Skyleigh and Maelie; several nieces and nephews; and a very special aunt, Mary Louise Dean. 

The family will receive friends 5:00-7:00 p.m. Thursday, December 7, 2023 at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel.  Family and friends will meet 10:45 a.m. Friday, December 8, 2023 at Greenwood Cemetery for an 11:00 a.m. graveside service, Rev.
