Paula Kathleen Lentz, affectionately known as “Kathy,” of Powell, TN, passed away peacefully on June 30, 2025, and entered eternal rest with the Lord. She was 72. Kathy was the cornerstone of our family, a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother whose love and warmth touched everyone around her. Married to her beloved husband of 42 years, Dr. Don Lentz, she raised two compassionate children and cherished her role as “Nana” to her granddaughters. Kathy lived life with boundless energy, never taking a moment for granted. She was a constant source of support for her family and friends, always present in times of need with her unwavering kindness, humility, and understanding. Her love was profound, her heart nonjudgmental, and her family was her world. Her absence leaves an irreplaceable void. Kathy also adored her two “other babies,” her dogs, Ace and Morgan. A vibrant spirit, Kathy loved shopping, dining out, and dominating at rummy with her sharp wit and competitive streak. Her spunk and humor were unmatched, bringing joy to all who knew her. She requested that we celebrate her life, and we will honor her by doing so with love and gratitude for the legacy she leaves behind.
