Patricia Gaylene Pannell

Patricia Gaylene Pannell, age 78 of Knoxville, TN, passed away on December 25th, 2024. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Preceded in death by husband Glenn C. Pannell, Infant son Larry Wayne Pannell, Parents Audrey Mae Smith and Henry Redmon Smith, sisters Sandra Ford, Mary Madden and Carolyn Cole. Survivors include daughters Carolyn Pannell and Christina Overholt, grandchildren David Overholt, Jr. and wife Leslie, Stephanie Reyes and fiancé Nico, and Travis Scates, great-grandchildren Paxton Overholt, Emma Overholt, Selena Reyes, Nicolas Reyes, Jr., and Sofia Reyes, sisters Kim Taylor and husband Roy, Deborah Dukes and husband Eddie, several nieces and nephews. Patricia was a loving, caring and faithful woman. She loved praying and talking about her lord and savior. Jesus called and she answered that call. She will never be forgotten in our hearts until we meet again. The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 2, 2024 from 12-2pm with a 2pm service to follow with Rev. Danny Overholt officiating at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City chapel.
