Norma Jean Moore

Norma J. Moore passed away on Tuesday, October 20, 2026. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 62 years, Paul Moore; children, Michelle Weaver and Mark Moore; mother, Hilda Connor; brother, Richard (Dick) Connor; sisters, Mary Lou Easley and Shirley Thornton and Pat McDowell; great granddaughters, Ashlynn Butler and Madilynn Moore. She leaves behind son, Michael Moore; fur baby, Ellie Mae; grandkids, Dustin (Crystal) Weaver, Mikey (Shelbie) Moore, Austin (Victoria) Moore, Chasity (Ricky) Butler; great grandchildren, Xander, Riley, Emmett, Addisyn, Maverick, Kelly, Melody, Wrenlee, Kayson; and numerous nieces and nephews. Employed with Walmart for 21 years and retired in 2019. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the Hospice nurses at Caris, Alyshia Russell, Emily Gardener and Tori Taylor. 

The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 25, 2026, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel, with a service to follow. Family and friends will meet at Berry Highland Memorial Cemetery at 10:45am on Monday, October 26, 2026, for an 11:00am interment.
