Nathan Elijah Russell

Nathan Elijah Russell, age 26, of Powell, passed away on Tuesday, June 2, 2026.

He was of the Baptist faith. Nathan attended Powell High School where he played football for the Panthers. He loved Harley’s and Tennessee football.

Preceded in death by father, Tim Russell; aunt, Renee Russell.

Survived by wife, Lili DeCanio Russell; children, Kingston, Aaniyah and Jameson Russell; parents, Sarah Henderson Crisp (Chris Kelly); siblings; Caitlyn Russell, Brooklyn Crisp and Trent Robinson; grandparents, Kim and Gary Ammons, Richard Henderson and Nick and Linda Lundy; aunt, Kayla Ammons; uncle, Tony Hudson; niece, Maddox Hudson; several close family members and friends.

The family will have a Celebration of Life on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at 5:30pm at Walridge Baptist Church, 3020 Walridge Rd., Knoxville, TN 37921, with Carey Beadle officiating. Music will be provided by Caitlin Dixon and Taylor Teter.

In lieu of flowers, family is asking for donations to be Hope for All Ministries in Nathan's honor.
