Nancy Irene Robbins

Nancy Irene Robbins, age 80 of Knoxville went home to meet her Lord and Savior on February 5, 2021. Nancy was a member of Black Oaks Heights Baptist Church, where she served in the nursery ministry. She was also a very spirited woman who was an avid tennis player. Her greatest accomplishments were being a wife, mother and grandmother. Preceded in death by her parents Nathan and Jesse King and a daughter, Jeanine Lawless. Nancy is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, George Robbins; children: Jerry Robbins and Felecia (Melvin) Turner; grandchildren: Brandi Crass (Mindy), Deidre Gilley, Micah (Jessica) Dwomick; great grandchildren: Dakota Miller (Rebekah Ramsey); great-great grandchild, Leighton Miller. There will be a graveside service on Friday, February 19, 2021 at 10:30 am at East Tennessee Veterans Cemetery, E. John Sevier Highway, Knoxville with Rev. Todd Stinnett officiating.
