Michael Steven Haurilak-Stuck

Michael Haurilak-Stuck, 44, of Knoxville, passed away on May 24, 2025. Michael was a gentle giant in every sense of the phrase. He was strong in stature, but even stronger in heart. He carried a warmth and humor that made people feel instantly at ease. Jovial, funny, and full of life, Michael had a gift for storytelling and could captivate any room with his wit, laughter, and unforgettable way of bringing moments to life.

Above all else, Michael was a devoted father. His sons, Creighton and Barrett Haurilak-Stuck, were the pride and joy of his life. Some of his happiest moments were spent throwing football, hiking trails, listening to music by the pool, and simply being with his boys. The love he had for them was deep, steady, and unmistakable.

Michael was preceded in death by his Grandparents, Michael and J Helen Haurilak and Seamorn and Betty Stuck.

Michael is survived by his loving parents, Mark and Karen; his little sister, Amy Coleman, and brother-in-law, Matt Coleman; his cherished niece and nephew, J Hadley and Banks Coleman; his beloved sons, Creighton Haurilak-Stuck, and daughter-in-law, Katie; his grandsons, Roman and Dominic Haurilak-Stuck; and Barrett Haurilak-Stuck, and future daughter-in-law, Rachel. 

Michael’s strength, humor, kindness, and love for his family will continue to live on in the countless stories shared by those who knew him best. He leaves behind memories filled with laughter, music, adventure, and love; the kind of memories that remain long after goodbye.

He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
