Melvin Keck

Melvin Keck, age 79, of Knoxville, TN went home to be with the Lord Friday, September 26, 2025. He was a mason and was involved with the Shriner’s. He was a long-term member of Bethel Baptist Church. He was saved at the age of 63 and lived his life for the Lord. He was preceded in death by parents, George Patrick and Laura Jean and younger brother, Marvin Keck. He is survived by sister, Phyllis Sims; son, Melvin Keck (Tracy); daughter, Laura Campbell (Larry); grandchildren, Amber Pate (CJ), Michelle Phillips (DJ), Luke, Sam, Jonah, Maddie and Abbey Jackson; great grandchildren, Julian, Bronx, Ellie, Carlan and Raden Pate, Kyle, Noah and Aubrey Phillips; and special friends, Mike and Teresa Nichols.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, September 30, 2025, from 5:30pm-7:30pm with a 7:30pm funeral service to follow at Bethel Baptist Church. Family and friends will meet at 11:15am Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel to go in procession to Clear Branch cemetery for a 12:00pm graveside service.
