Melvin Edward Whaley age 59, of Knoxville passed away Friday, February 22, 2013. Preceded in death by parents, Melvin Lee and Zella Hansard Whaley. Survived by a host of cousins and friends. Friends may call at their convenience Wednesday at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel. Family and friends will meet 10:45 am Thursday at Cedar Grove Cemetery for 11:00 am graveside service with Dr. Alan Price officiating.
