Melba Inez (Stallings) Archer, age 71, of Knoxville, TN, passed away on Monday, May 25, 2026, at her home. She enjoyed following UT sports. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and her great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dexter and Lois Stallings; and granddaughter, Kelci Stallings.
She is survived by brother, Charlie Stallings; sons, Jason Stallings, Blake Archer, Logan (Sandra) Archer; grandchildren, Paige (Ryan) Mills, Aimee Stallings, Casey Stallings, Neyland Stallings, Alan Archer, Henry Archer and Artemis Archer; great-grandchildren, Axton Waldon, Artorias Stallings and Onix Stallings; niece, Jesse Stallings: nephew, Jacob Stallings; as well as numerous cousins and lifelong friends.
