Melanie Kate Claxton

 Melanie Kate Claxton, born January 21, 1988, left us to join her Lord and Savior on Thursday, May 2, 2024. 

Preceded in death by grandfather, Jack French and grandmother, Joyce Claxton.

She was survived by her mother, Karen LeeAnn Claxton, her father, Harvey Gene Claxton, four children, Kaleb Ray Moore, Tannah M. Damewood, Vayda K. Claxton, Jase A. Claxton, grandmother Rebecca “Mimi” French, siblings Bryan G. Claxton, Lauri Lee (Chip) Roseberry, Ashley (John) Claxton, nephews Ethan, Emmanuel, Finn, and nieces, Charlee, Jordon, Chloe, Emily.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 26, 2024 from 5:00-7:00PM at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel with a memorial service to follow at 7:00PM. Online condolences may be left at www.mynattfh.com.
