Mary Ann (Newman) Palmer

Mary Ann (Newman) Palmer, age 84 of Knoxville, passed away May 17, 2024. She was a member of Salem Baptist Church. She retired from Star Sales and greatly enjoyed swinging on her porch swing. Mary will be remembered as a loving and devoted wife and mother, who loved her grandchildren. Preceded in death by parents Paul Milburn and Irene Lawhorn Newman, sister Martha Lynn Hoffmeister, infant child. Survived by husband of 65 years Bob Palmer, sons Warren (Edwina) Palmer and Wes (Kelly) Palmer, grandchildren Andrew (Ashleigh), Paul, Sydney, and Cole Palmer, brothers Danny Newman and Paul Milburn Newman, Jr. Family will receive friends 5:00-7:00pm Friday, May 24, 2024, at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel, with service to follow.
