Mary Lou Long

Mary Lou Long age 63, of Knoxville, passed away on Friday, November 22, 2024. She was of the Baptist faith. She was a graduate of West High School Class of 1979. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her children and grandkids. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Long, and parents, Walter and Betty Abbott. She is survived by her children: Brian (Victoria) Long, Angela Long, Angel Long, Dominic Smith, Kaylee Arden, and Haeley Arden; grandkids: Shane Long, Connor Long, Zachary Johnson, Grayson Johnson, and Clayton Long; brother, Charles Edward Abbott, and nephew, Charlie Abbott. The family will receive friends Wednesday, November 27, 2024, from 5:00 – 7:00 pm at Mynatt Funeral Home, Powell Chapel, followed by a 7:00 pm funeral service.
