Mary K. Mcelroy

Mary K. Whitton McElroy, age 76, passed away October 31, 2017. She was a good Christian woman who knew and loved God. Mary was a member of Fairview Baptist Church and the Quilting Guild of Halls. Preceded in death by parents John and Margaret Whitton; brothers John Mack Whitton and Joseph Whitton; sister Shirley Satterfield. Left to cherish her memory are loving husband of 59 years Jimmie W. McElroy; children Jamie Greene (Bobby), Jimmie McElroy Jr. and John McElroy; 5 grandchildren; 5 great granddaughters; sister Joan Whitton Callahan and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends will meet 1:45PM Saturday at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens for 2PM interment service. Family will receive friends 6-8PM Friday at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel with funeral service to follow, Greg Schmid officiating.
