Hallelujah It is with earthly sorrow and heavenly praise that we announce the departure of Mary Alice Thomas---our sweet, sweet Mary Alice. Mary Alice went to her much anticipated heavenly home on Feb. 8, 2022 to spend an eternity with her Lord and Savior. To know her was to know the love of Christ. She enjoyed serving the Lord in song, a clown ministry, balloon ministry and many other ways to support her church. Preceded in death- Father, James Edward Dockins; Mother, Irene Castleberry Dockins, Brothers; Roger, David, and Vernon Dockins. Surviving spouse, Steven Thomas; Sisters, Nancy (Ron)Burnette, Marie (Alan)Page; loving Aunts and Uncles; several loving nieces nephews; Beloved Sister-in-laws Deana Ferguson (Roger), Phyllis Swann, Missy Grubb (Gary); Special High School Friends; And Crazy Tammy Too. The family will receive friends 2:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m. Saturday, Feb.12, 2022 with service to follow at 4:00 p.m. Family and friends will gather for burial at 2:30 p.m. Sunday Feb.13, 2022 at Asbury Cemetery.
