Martha Frances Karnes Wallace

Martha Frances Karnes Wallace, age 77 of Knoxville, went to her heavenly home on October 31, 2023. She was a member of Christ United Methodist Church. Martha was a woman of grace and dignity. She was a loving mother and wife. She is preceded in death by her parents, sisters, and brother. Martha will be remembered by her loving husband of 58 years, Robert “Eddie”, son Chris, daughter Kim (James) Mitchell, grandchildren Casey (Corey) McCurray, and Jason Mitchell, many loving brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, friends, and coworkers from the Knoxville Teachers Federal Credit Union, and loyal dog Charlie. Special thanks to Covenant Home Hospice, Martha’s caregivers and Dr. Amy Bentley. Family will receive friends 4:00-6:00 pm Sunday, November 5, 2023, at Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel, with service to follow at 6:00 pm.
