Margaret Elaine Brown

 Margaret Elaine Brown, age 75, of Knoxville, TN passed away peacefully on August 21, 2024.

Margaret and her sweetheart, Clyde, met when they were only twelve years old, and never dated anyone else. They not only share the same birthday but also a lifetime of beautiful memories that will be cherished forever. 

She is preceded in death by her daughter, Megan Brown; parents, Bill and Dorothy Pryor; sister, Kathy Collins; brother-in-law, Wayne Robinson; and in-laws, Roy and Gertrude Brown.  Margaret is survived by her husband of 53 years, Clyde Brown; son, Billy Brown; sister, Judy Robinson; grandchildren, Megan Brown, Ashlynn Brown, Gabe Spears, Kat Spears, Dalton Spears, Emmy Spears, Sage Spears, and Kyrie Spears; nieces, Becca Durphy, and Julie Robinson.

The family will receive friends on Monday, August 26, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel. 

The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, morning, August 27, 2024, at 9:30 AM at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel, Reverend Don King, officiating.  Immediately following the funeral service, family and friends will go in procession to the graveside at Bookwalter Cemetery (4300 Central Avenue Pike, Knoxville, TN 37912) where Margaret will be laid to rest, next to her daughter, Megan.
