Marcia Lynn Moore Smith

Marcia Lynn Moore Smith, age 71, of Knoxville passed Friday evening, January 12, 2024.
Marcia was born, January 7, 1953, to the late Robert and Doris Moore in Griffin, GA. She is
preceded in death by her late husband, Eric H. Smith. She is survived by her daughter, Heather
E. Shuman and son, Brenton E. (Lauren Loy) Smith; grandchildren, Alexander (Alex) R.
Shuman, Frances (Frankie) D.M. Smith, and Ronan F. Irving. Marcia was a loving and caring
mother. She was easy-going and often took on life’s challenges with a confident and calm
demeanor. She never met a stranger. A celebration of Marcia’s life will take place, Saturday,
February 3, 2024, at Mynatt Funeral Home, 2829 Rennoc Rd, Knoxville, TN 37918, with a
