Louise Shaw (Bowling) England, 86 of Knoxville, gained her angel wings on Sunday, April 28, 2019. Known as “mamaw” to countless people, she never met a stranger. She loved Jesus and attended church with family and friends when her health allowed. Louise was preceded in death by her husband, Joal Dan England; mother Una Shaw Beeler; step-son Danny England; brothers Richard Audrey Gibson, Richard Gibson Jr.; sister Shirley Gibson Allen; daughter-in-law Jeanie Bowling; and special friends Arlie Smelcher and Cheryl Horne. She is survived by son Terry Ray Bowling; daughter B.J. (Howard) Varner; step-sons Gary (Glenda) England; Will (Jeanne) England; step-daughter Kathy Thornhill; step-daughter-in-law Sharon (Tommy) Dillenger; grandchildren Jennifer (Brad) Letner, Steffanie (D.J.) Lawson, Kelly (Brenda) England, Douglas (Kristen) Bowling, step-grandchildren Maria Bryant, Sarah England, Little Danny England, Tonya Thornhill, and Crystal Boyd, 5 great-grandchildren, special nephews Mike (Terri) Gibson and Mark (Lori) Gibson, niece Lisa Gibson; special friends Bobby Horne and his daughters Bethany and Emily; Bill and Pat tweedy. Pallbearers: Brad Letner, D.J. Lawson, Kelly England, Douglas Bowling, Ethan Lawson, and Jacob Lawson. Family will receive friends Thursday, May 2, 2019 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel with a service to follow at 8:00 pm, Rev. Bobby Horne officiating.
