Lisa Ann Monger

Lisa Anne Monger, 57, of Knoxville, TN, passed away peacefully on December 9, 2024, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Born on January 1, 1967, Lisa was a beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend. She was preceded in death by her father, Tom Epps, and stepfather, Ralph Pettiford.

Lisa is survived by her mother, Shelby Pettiford; her children, Brandi Monger and Blake Monger; her grandchildren, Sean T. Atchley II and Maddox Monger; and her siblings, Keith Dailey and Robert (Monna) Epps.

Lisa was a devoted member of Glen Oak Baptist Church. She cherished her children and loved them deeply.

Lisa was a passionate fan of UT football and cherished her animals.

Lisa leaves behind a beautiful reflection of her outlook on life: "I love my life but it's okay not to be afraid of the after because I love the life before and never will forget the love I felt."

In accordance with Lisa's wishes, there will be no formal services.
