Linda Sue Trotter

Linda Sue Trotter went home to Heaven on May 12, 2014. Susie was a member of Sharon Baptist Church in Powell, and taught at Carter High School for 30 years. She has gone Home to be with her father G.T. Trotter, Jr.; grandparents, G.T. and Ida Lee Trotter, Herman and Roxie Stooksbury, and many aunts and uncles. She is survived by her mother, Virley Trotter, Powell; sisters, Beth (Gordon) Marlow, Ashville, Alabama, Barbara (Gerald) Thomas, Knoxville; nephew and nieces, Shane (Missy) Marlow, Drey, Anna Lee and Rose Marie, Margaret, Alabama, Tracy Anderson, Mason, Braxton and Ella, Villa Rica, Georgia; aunts, Arizona Trotter, Rosie McCroskey and many cousins and friends. Funeral service 1:00 pm Saturday at Sharon Baptist Church with interment to follow at Sharon Baptist Cemetery, Dr. Jim Robertson officiating. The family will receive friends 6:00 – 8:00 pm Friday at Sharon Baptist Church. Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel in charge of arrangements.
