Linda Guy Minton

Linda Guy Minton, age 81, of Knoxville, Tennessee, went to see Jesus on Monday, June 8, 2026. She was a member of Arlington Baptist Church for 69 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, J. Raymond Guy and Sula Guy; and angel grandson, Nicholas Minton.

She is survived by her husband, Roy Minton; children, Brian (Christine) and Kevin (Brittany) Minton; sister, Debbie (Tom) Gable; 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the nurses and doctors of Tennova North Medical center, Gentiva Hospice, Dale Caldwell and Chris Pivonka.

The Family will receive friends on Monday, June 15, 2026, from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel. Family and friends will meet at 1:45pm on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at the East TN State Veterans Cemetery, John Sevier, for a 2:00 pm Graveside Service.

Pallbearers: Brian Minton, Kevin Minton, Drew Minton, Jacob Minton, Denson Minton, Dwayne Tucker, Tom Gable, and Ray Witt. Honorary Pallbearer: Braden Tucker.
