Linda Gay Carter

Linda Gay Carter, age 83, of Knoxville, TN, passed away Saturday, November 15, 2025. Linda was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She loved sitting on her front porch and enjoying her grandchildren.  She was a member of Glen Oak Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband Clyde Carter, her father, William Romines, her mother, Bernice Romines, and brothers, Harry and Phillip Romines.

She was survived by her children, six grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
