Kevin Richard Bailey, age 57 of Halls, passed away February 7, 2023. Preceded in death by mother Toby Bailey. Survived by father and stepmom Ken and Nancy Bailey, wife Angel Bailey, daughter Rachell (Michael) Bellamy, son Aaron (Madison) Bailey, grandson Levi Bailey, brother Kenny (Pam) Bailey, sister Krista (Jim) Maggard, several nieces and nephews, special aunt and uncle Martha and Larry Walker. Family and friends will meet 2:15pm Sunday, February 19, 2023, at Fort Sumter Community Cemetery for a 2:30pm graveside service, Rev. Jerry Bailey officiating.
