Kenneth "Rocky" Wayne Mitchell

Kenneth “Rocky” Wayne Mitchell, age 63 of Knoxville, TN, passed away on Friday, November 24, 2023.

He enjoyed spending his free time outdoors, fishing, and building things. He was a jack of all trades and you could always count on him if you needed help with anything. His family was so important to him.

He is preceded in death by his parents, William C. Mitchell and Deola R. Mitchell; brothers, Bill Mitchell, Robert Mitchell, Dennis Mitchell, Fred Mitchell, and Stanley Mitchell; and sister, Tammy Ramey.

Kenneth is survived by his life partner of 30 years, Nancy Snyder; sisters, Patsy Smith, Bonnie (Wayne) Beeler, and Shelia Morgan, as well as several nieces, nephews and friends.
