Kay Frances Harvey

Kay Frances “Bugs” Harvey passed away on Monday, April 4, 2022. She was of Baptist Faith and Cherokee Heritage. Proceeded in death by her husband, Dennis Harvey; son, David Harvey Sr.; brother, Charles Atkins; and parents, Elvin and Louise Atkins. Survived by grandchildren, Heather and Michael Smith, Breanna Couch, David Harvey Jr., Joseph Harvey, and Christopher Berry (Harvey); daughter-in-law, Tammie Harvey; sister-in-law, Rhonda Atkins; brother, James and Betty Atkins; very special nephews and nieces, Paul Atkins, Phillip and Shauna Atkins, Joseph and Stacie Atkins, Amber and TJ Stafford; cousins, Carolyn, Linda, Becky, Lisa, Rick, and Larry; and special friends, Danny and Robin Arrowood. The family will receive friends Wednesday, April 6, 2022 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel with funeral service to follow at 8:00 pm with Rev. Eddie Smartt and Rev. Jim Atkins officiating. Family and friends will meet at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City on Thursday, April 7, 2022 at 10:15 am then proceed to Lynnhurst Cemetery for an 11:00 am graveside service.
