Katherine "Katy" Murmann Conner

Katherine "Katy" Louise Murmann Conner, age 95, passed away on October 14, 2025, at Holston Health and Rehab Center. She was a member of Wallace Memorial Baptist Church and a founding member of West Lonsdale Baptist Church. She owned and operated Katy's Daycare for 25 years. Katy was Mamaw Katy to hundreds of children. Preceded in death by her husband of 73 years, Lloyd Conner, and great grandchild Conner Catlett. Survivors: daughters and sons-in-law, Pat (Jud) Nichols, Gail (Don) Ridenour and Carole (David) Howell, 9 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
