Kasey Nicole Byrd

Kasey Nicole Byrd age 31 of Blaine, Tn passed away suddenly Thursday, June 1, 2023 while vacationing in Panama City Beach, Florida.  She was a member of Lea Springs Baptist Church, Blaine, Tn.   Kasey had a huge love for animals and enjoyed outdoor activities.  Preceded in death by father, Johnny Jacob Byrd, III, grandparents, Virginia and Wiley Marshall; uncle, Charlie Marshall.  Survivors, 10 year old son, Nathan "Jase" Strickland; mother, Cindy Byrd; brother, Jake Byrd IV, grandparents, Carolyn and Johnny Byrd II, several aunts, uncles and cousins.  The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Monday, June 12, 2023 at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel followed by a 7:00 p.m. funeral service, Rev. Thurman Dyke officiating.   Family and friends will meet 10:45 a.m. Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at Lea Springs Baptist Church Cemetery, Blaine for an 11:00 a.m. graveside service.  In lieu of flowers, the family ask that memorials be made to Mynatt Funeral Home to help with expenses.
