Joyce Nancy Mash

Joyce Nancy Mash, age 91 of Knoxville, went to be with the Lord Saturday, July 29, 2023. She was a member of Little Valley Baptist Church and loved the Lord greatly. Preceded in death by her loving husband, Rev. Edward “Gene” Mash; son, Robert Glenn; grandson, Michael Eugene. Survived by children, Eddie, Thomas, Hubert (Dollie), Timothy (Angel), Gail (Arnold) Treece and Rebecca; grandchildren, Joy, Amanda, Jessica, Matt, Amie, Justin, Jason, Robert and Amber; great-grandchildren, Emily, Alexis, Samuel, Sydney, Noah, Abby, Gavin, Wiley, Wyatt, Kennedy, Avery, Sawyer and Anna; sisters, Lee (Truman) Hargis and Nina Skaggs; sisters-in-law, Wanda Mash and Frankie Huddleston. Family and friends will meet on Monday, July 31, 2023 at Ft. Sumter Community Cemetery at 9:45AM for a 10:00AM graveside service, officiated by Rev. Terry West and Rev. Roy LaRue. Grandsons will be pallbears and great-grandsons will be honorary pallbears. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. Jude’s in Joyce's honor.
