Joyce Clemons Cline

Joyce (Clemons) Cline, age 69 of Powell, went to be with the Lord on September 30, 2024, at her home.

Joyce was preceded in death by her mother and father, Paul and Ozella Clemons; husband, William M. Cline, son, William M. Cline II; sisters, Gaynelle Gresham, Brenda Tallent and Janice Shipley; brothers, Leonard Clemons, Charles Clemons, and George "Butch" Clemons. 

Survived by daughter, Tracy N. Meadows; grandson, Charles E. Meadows IV.; brother, Jerry Clemons, sister, Tonua Kidwell, as well as several nieces and nephews. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 4, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with Reverend Buster Gresham officiating.
