Joy Lynn Burnett, age 69, of Knoxville, TN., passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by family. Preceded in death by son, Albert Mallicote; sisters, Cindy Trout, Jackie Janow, and Debra Sharp; parents, Jack and Betty Bridgman. Survived by husband, Sam Burnett; children, Victoria (David) Withrow, David (Kristi) Mallicote, Crystal Mallicote, William Burnett (Step Son); sisters, Donna Gass, Nancy Satterfield, Linda Gibbs and Terry Smith; brother, John Bridgman; grandchildren, Corey Mallicot, Davey Mallicote, Cody Phillips, Kala Williams, Paige Mallicote, Jeremy and Brooklyn Compas, Jordan Norris, Matthew and Christian Burnett; great grandchildren, Makynna Mallicote, Tayden Phillips, Silas Howe, Neyland and Olivyah; several nieces, nephews and friends.
