Jolie Carissa Hawkins, age 46, passed away on May 19, 2026.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John Edward Hawkins and Elaine Celeste Underwood; grandparents, John and Ruth Hawkins; a cousin, Jameson Wright; and a host of extended family members.
She is survived by her son, Jacob Crain; siblings, Lori and Josh Hawkins; and several loving nieces and nephews.
Jolie will be remembered as a loving, caring individual who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Services will be announced at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be addressed to Mynatt Funeral Home to help with final expenses.
