Johnston Franklin "Frank" Williams

Johnston Franklin “Frank” Williams, age 82 of Knoxville, TN, went to be with his lord and Savior on Friday, May 3, 2024 when his faith in Jesus Christ became sight. Frank was of the Baptist faith and preached the Word faithfully. Frank was a longtime pillar of the soccer community, impacting countless young lives as a coach, mentor and friend. Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Lonnie and Doris Williams. Frank is survived by his beloved wife, Virginia Williams; Sons and daughter in law, Keith and Audra Williams and Kevin Williams; grandchildren, Tyler Williams, Anthony Williams, Carson Williams, Kade Williams, Hannah Williams and Payton Williams and countless friends and loved ones. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel with a funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM. Reverend Eddie Myers officiating. Family and friends will meet by 10:45 AM Thursday, May 9, 2024 at Fort Sumter Community Cemetery for an 11:00 AM interment service.
