Johnny Luther McNeely

Johnny Luther McNeely, age 65, of Heiskell, TN, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, August 17, 2024.

Johnny had the biggest heart of anyone we’ve ever known. He was a hard worker, good friend, wonderful father and amazing husband. He loved to spend his days off at the lake fishing or simply, in the garden. He will be missed. 

He is preceded in death by his parents, Luther and Mildred McNeely; and brother, Bob McNeely. Johnny is survived by his wife, Robin; daughters, Misty Calloway (David), Nicole Wallace (Sara Long) and Rebecca Weikheiser (Michael Shaw); sisters Becky (David) and Phyllis Blalock; several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Special great-nephew, Michael Woody; dear friends Sharon (Chris) Williamson and best friend Bob Schmid. 

The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 22, 2024 from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm at the Parlors at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel.
