John Hodge Rogers

John H. Rogers, age 64 of Knoxville, passed away on June 7, 2026. He was a member of the Knoxville Rugby Club (Possums) and a member of St. Johns Episcopal Church. John was a U.S. Marine veteran. He is preceded in death by father Jerry R. Rogers and step-mother Lisa W. Rogers, mother Babs J. Rea and step-father Robert Rea, brother Mark D. Rogers, and uncle Don Gohn. Survived by son Caleb Rogers, daughter Anna Rogers, brothers Andrew (Lisa) and Charlie (Martha), sister Ann Rea (Jeff), aunts Margie (Alvin) Jenkins and Mary Gohn, special friends Chris LaVier and Oscar and Amy Doster, nephews Tre’ (Brooke) Doster and Jonathan (Autumn) Doster, great-nephews Hunter and Oscar, and great-niece Harper.

A Celebration of Life will be held on July 4, 2026 at Possum Park starting at 1:00pm.
