John Thomas Conner

John T. “Jack” Conner, age 90, of Knoxville, Tn, concluded his life’s journey on September 11, 2026. John was born in Dayton, Ohio, on February 25, 1936, to the late Sarah and Earl V. Conner, Sr.

John was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Betty O “Liz” Conner; siblings, Earl “Bud” Jr., Patricia Hanlin and Delores “Dolly” Hogle.

He is survived by his son, Nathan John (fiancée, Debbie Christopher) of Laddridge / Beavercreek, Ohio; daughter, Julie (Ronnie) Bradshaw of Knoxville, TN; grandchildren, Jessica (Adam) Stine and Ashley (Aaron) Lapp; great-grandchildren, Emma Stine, Olivia, Isabelle, Asher and Penelope Lapp; nephews, Tim (Irana) and Tom (Linda) Hogle, Terry (Miriam) and Todd (Erin) Powers, Teresa Conner, plus many loving family members and special friends, including Steve Cupp, Paul Zinn, Betsy Grant and Kathy Cole.

John worked for NCR for 20 years, Borden's as a rural milkman, Globe Industry and Koogler's. He was an animal lover and sports enthusiast including obtaining his collegiate level referee status. He loved his Father God and Jesus, his family, friends, his pipe, a quiet day, Nascar races, and he was always ready for another adventure.

A Graveside service to be held at Mount Olive Community Church Cemetery in Lucasville, OH, on Friday, October 2, 2026, at 1:00pm.
