John Michael Brown

John Michael “Mike” Brown, age 78, of East Knox County passed away peacefully surrounded by his family. He was a member at St. Paul’s East United Methodist Church. He retired from UPS as a Feeder driver after 37 years of service. He loved working for UPS. He was preceded in death by his parents, Curtis and Lucille Brown and granddaughter, Braylee Brown. He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Pamela (Sherrod) Brown; sons, Tyler (Erica) Brown, Dustin Pierce, Cory Brown, Shawn Brown and Jamie Brown; grandchildren, Akiyah and Carter and several other grandchildren; 1 great grandchild and his precious fur baby, Ernestine.

Family and friends will meet at 12:15pm Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery for a 12:30pm committal service with full military honors presented by the East Tennessee Honor Guard.
