JoAnn Deford

JoAnn Deford, age 82 of Knoxville, TN went to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 1, 2025. She was a nursing aide for many years at Hillcrest-West and she took pride in caring for her residents.

Preceded in death by her parents, John and Mamilee Canada; husband, John Deford; daughter, Mary Eugenia Williams; brothers, David Canada, and Clarence Canada; sisters, Marie Wallace, Juanita Chamberlain, Johnnie Mae Baker, and Minnie Idol.

JoAnn is survived by her daughter, Laura Cox; brother, Terry Canada; sister, Dee Bunch; grandson, William Shane Cox; great grandchildren, Connor Cox, Ezekiel Cox, Savannah Cox, Serenity Cox, and William Cox.
