Jimmie Douglas Vance

Jimmie Douglas Vance II, age 60 of Knoxville, passed away February 18, 2021. He retired from TVA as an electrician. Jimmie was a great friend to many and was always ready to lend a helping hand. He enjoyed playing golf, story-telling, and was quite the comedian. Preceded in death by his father and mother, Jimmie Douglas and Imogene B. Vance. He leaves behind his daughter Taylor Gutierrez, grandchildren; Jayden, Christian, Natalye, and Myranda, and sister Patti Crittenden of Chattanooga. Friends and family will meet at 1:45 PM for a 2:00 PM inurnment on Monday, March 22, 2021 at Ft. Sumter Community Cemetery.
