Jerry Dunlap age 53 of Knoxville, TN, passed away April 23, 2023. He was a loving husband, son, father, brother, grandfather, uncle, & friend. To know Jerry was to love Jerry. There was never a dull moment with him around. He was preceded in death by his father, James E. Dunlap Sr.; mother Princella Williamson; brother, Jeffrey Dunlap; sisters, Joy & Beth Dunlap; nephew, Tony Varner. Survived by Loving wife of 24 years, Kim Dunlap. His awesome children that he loved dearly, Jerry Jr, Clarissa, Zach, Caitlyn, Baby girl Skylar Danielle, & Dillon, brother, Jerry Edward Dunlap Jr., Several grandchildren, Aaliyah, Zane, Trinity, Odin, Kyson, Zander, Liam, Graylen & Baby Henry soon to come! Newest Edition Great Granddaughter, Natalie; Nieces’, Chrystal “Sissy”, Genia, Jami, Kelly, Lexi, Destinee, Malienna, Naevah, Maliah, Rae, Trinidy, Bri, Sydni, Savannah, Antonia; nephews, Michael, Josh, Thomas, Shane, Dillan, Preston, Jon Jon, James, Brandon, Jonathan, Victor, Nate, Kayden, Jerchio, Kenny, & Tamir. Special family friend, Lin Dada. Jerry fought a long hard battle for a very long time! Addiction doesn’t only kill the addict. It kills the family, the kids, and people who tried to help as well. Seek help, there are people who care! Receiving of friends will be held Saturday, April 29, 2023 from 12:00pm – 2:00pm at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel, will meet at Ridenour Cemetery Andersonville, TN for a graveside service at 3:00pm.
