Jeffrey Robert Jones

Jeffrey R. Jones, age 70, of Knoxville, Tennessee, passed from this life into his eternal home on Saturday, January 17, 2026. He took his last breath surrounded by family.

Jeffrey was a native Californian who relocated to Knoxville in 2010. He was a master electrician for 40 years prior to his retirement. He was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley Jones and Dorothy Restivo Jones. He is survived by his wife, Wanda Watson Jones, his brother, Greg Jones and bonus children and grandchildren.

He enjoyed laughing and interacting with all types of people. He was quite the conversationalist and never met a stranger. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, the beach, travel, and was a long time LA Dodger and a Denver Bronco fan. He was an avid Elvis fan. He attended Fairview Baptist Church in Knoxville.

Jeff's Celebration of Life Service will be on Friday, January 23, 2026, at 6:00 PM at Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel 4131 E. Emory Road, Knoxville, TN 37938.
