Jeffery (Jeff) Shofner

July 27, 1961 – October 13, 2025

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Jeff Shofner at the age of 64. Jeff passed away unexpectedly at Fort Sanders Hospital.

Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Lee Roy Shofner; mother, Katherine Shofner and brother, Randal Shofner.

Jeff is survived by his loving companion of 36 years, Cynthia (Cindy) White. Together, they shared many wonderful years and countless memories.

Jeff worked for many years at Thermo King of Knoxville. He enjoyed collecting model trains, fishing with friends, and working on cars.

In accordance with his wishes, Jeff will be cremated at Mynatt Funeral Home, Inc. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. He will be deeply missed by many friends and family.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Mynatt Funeral Home of Fountain City for their care and assistance with Jeff’s final arrangements.

Family and friends will celebrate Jeff’s life at a later time.
