Jeff Lynn Williams, age 55 of Knoxville, TN passed away on Friday, December 22, 2023.
He is preceded in death by his great grandmother, Ruth Clendenin; parents, Kenneth and Beverly Collins; and special companion of 31 years, Penny Parsons.
Jeff is survived by his children, Nicole and George Haines, Kenneth Williams, Brandon and Leslie Williams; grandchildren, Lexi, Reagan, Jaxon, Skyleigh, and Maelie.
