Jeannie Breeden, age 61 passed away Tuesday, October 25, 2022. She was preceded in death by beloved mother Barbara Brooks, brothers Arthur and Raymond Brooks, father Arthur Brooks, and grandparents Ethel and Eulis Lowery. She is survived by loving husband John Breeden, children Charles Shinlever, Chris Shinlever, and Kayla Shinlever, sister Sherry Brooks England, brother Gary Brooks, grandchildren Christopher Shinlever, Stephanie Shinlever, Jordan Shinlever, Hannah Shinlever-Loy, Cadien Shinlever, Sean Shinlever, Charles Shinlever fourth, Avery Loy, Dillan Shinlever, Jayce Loy, Annabella Shinlever, and Adrien Shinlever, and several nieces, nephews, and friends. Family will receive friends 12:00-2:00pm Monday, October 31, 2022 at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel, with funeral service to follow at 2:00pm. Family and friends will meet 12:45pm Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at Woodhaven Cemetery for a 1:00pm interment.
