Jeanette L Jones "Jay" age 82, of Knoxville, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 20, 2022, at Brookdale Assisted Living, Maryville, Tn. as she looked forward to being with her Lord Jesus. Preceded in death by father, Hermon Jones and mother, Gladys Jones, of Tarrant, AL. Jay leaves behind her longtime dear friends, Ken and Gail Taggart and their family and her special cat, Blessing. Family and friends will meet 2:45 p.m. Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at Greenwood Cemetery for a 3:00 p.m. graveside service, Ken Taggart officiating.
