Jean M Brewer

Jean M Brewer, age 81, of Corryton, TN passed away on Monday, May 12, 2025, at her home surrounded by her family. She was a member of Clear Springs Baptist Church. She graduated from Central High School in 1961. Jean loved reading, crocheting, canning and most of all spending time with her family. Preceded in death by her husband, Darrell Brewer; her beloved son, Eric Peters; parents, Gene and Judy Hudson; son-in-law, Donnie Wiggins; brother, Gordon Hudson; and sister, Louise Ballew.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Boyd and Mindy Peters; daughter, Kelly Wiggins; grandchildren, Travis (Brittany), Josh (Kara), Danielle (Jeremy), Justin (Emily), Jeremy Peters and Kaylin (Matthew) Reid; great-grandchildren, Hudson, Easton, Dawson, Madison, Carson, Layton, Kholston Peters, Brogan, Beau and Beck Reid; father of her children, James Peters; nephew, Dale Ballew; niece, Megan Hudson; sister, Rebecca McDaniel; special friends, Charlotte Helton and Robin Henry; and her “furbaby”, Roxy.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 15, 2025 at Mynatt Funeral Home-Halls Chapel from 5:00pm-7:00pm with a memorial service to follow, with Rev. Kyle Shell and Rev. Justin Pratt officiating.
