Janice Palmer

Janice Palmer, age 66 of Knoxville, TN passed away on Tuesday, August 20, 2024. She dedicated the past 11 years of her career to Team Health. Her greatest joys were spending time at the beach and cherishing her four grandchildren, whom she adored and spoiled.

Janice is proceeded in death by her husband, Richard Palmer; father, Austin Carter; mother, Bloma Carter; sister, Jean Proffit; brother, Ronnie Carter.

Survived by her loving children, Kenneth (Kate) Carter, Jennifer (Kevin) Collins, and Ashley Collins; sister, Sue (Robert) Waggoner; and grandchildren, Skylar, Jackson, Avery, and Allie.

The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00PM on Friday, August 23, 2024 at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel. Family and friends will meet at Greenwood Cemetery on Saturday, August 24, 2024 at 12:45PM for a 1:00PM graveside service. Online condolences may be left at www.mynattfh.com.
