Janet Darlene Phillips

Janet Darlene Phillips, passed away on October 2, 2024. Janet was very involved in her church Norwood United Methodist, she loved animals and helping people. She will be deeply missed by her family.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Mark and Geraldine Hayes and brother, Gary Hayes.

She is survived by husband, Billie Phillips; son, Matthew Carter; daughter in law Rebecca Carter; step-children, John Phillips, Nicholas Phillips, and granddaughter, Morgen Phillips.

The family will have a receiving of friends on Saturday, October 12, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM with a memorial service to follow at Norwood United Methodist Church; 2110 Merchant Dr, Knoxville, TN 37912. Online condolences can be made at the bottom of this page for Janet Phillips.
